What you are actually paying for
You are not paying for techniques, strategies, or motivation.
You are paying for clarity.
For the capacity to sit with what is real —
without trying to fix it, improve it, or escape it.
I have spent more than 30 years in self-knowledge, leadership development, and deep inner inquiry.
Not only through study, but through lived experience.
I suffered.
I searched.
I tried more than fifty different therapies, methods, and approaches.
Some helped.
Many didn’t.
Some even increased suffering — for myself and for others.
What I offer today comes from having seen, firsthand, what works, what doesn’t, and why.
I help you to:
-
see what you are actually doing (not what you think you are doing)
-
recognize learned patterns instead of mistaking them for who you are
-
avoid many unnecessary detours and mistakes I made myself
For those who feel drawn to it, this work can also open into non-dual recognition —
not as something to attain, but as what is already here.

For individuals
Single Clarity Sessions – seeing what is actually going on
What it is:
A 50 minute conversation where I help a person to:
-
see through their mental stories
-
changing the relation to what's going on
-
find an inner pause in what keeps spinning
What I don’t do:
-
I don’t coach toward goals
-
I don’t give techniques
-
I don’t “fix” anything
What I actually bring:
-
the ability to stay steady when someone else cannot
-
a way of revealing fantasies without shaming or attacking
-
lived experience of suffering, trauma, relationships, and insight
Who this is for:
-
people who feel stuck despite therapy, coaching, or “spiritual work”
-
leaders, therapists, and seekers who are tired of methods
Understanding & Change — clarity over time
What it is:
A series of five individual conversations where the focus is not on quick insight,
but on allowing understanding to settle and change to unfold naturally.
This work supports:
-
seeing recurring patterns more clearly
-
noticing how they play out in everyday life and relationships
-
allowing a different response to emerge, rather than forcing change
What this is not:
-
a program with steps or homework
-
a promise of transformation
-
a method for self-improvement
What I bring here:
-
continuity and attunement over time
-
the ability to recognize subtle avoidance and self-deception
-
patience for what needs time, without pushing or delaying
Who this is for:
-
people who have had insight, but notice that life hasn’t really changed
-
people who sense that something deeper wants to shift, but not through effort
For couples
Relational Clarity Session – when something is off but no one knows why
What it is:
Conversations (1:1 or with couples) where the focus is not on:
-
communication techniques
-
right and wrong
-
childhood analysis
But instead on:
-
what is being projected right now
-
what is being held unconsciously
-
what is actually true in this moment
My particular strength here:
-
I see relational patterns quickly
-
I can hold tension without taking sides
-
I help dissolve guilt rather than reinforce it
This is not couples therapy.
It is clarity work in the relational field.
Couple Clarity — seeing the relationship more clearly
What it is:
A structured clarity process combining:
-
joint couple sessions
-
individual sessions for each partner
The focus is not on fixing the relationship,
but on seeing what each person brings into it.
The individual sessions focus on:
-
your own reactions, projections, and blind spots
-
how you contribute to recurring conflicts
-
where responsibility is avoided or misplaced
The couple sessions focus on:
-
what is happening between you right now
-
how unconscious patterns meet and escalate
-
what becomes possible when clarity replaces blame
What this is not:
-
traditional couples therapy
-
communication training
-
mediation about who is right
This work does not take sides.
It restores contact with reality — individually and together.

Change & Clarity in Groups and Organizations
Most change initiatives fail not because people resist change,
but because what is actually happening in the group is not being seen.
I work with groups, teams, and organizations where:
-
tension is present but unspoken
-
decisions are delayed or endlessly discussed
-
responsibility is unclear or subtly avoided
-
good intentions coexist with frustration or fatigue
-
This is not classic change management.
The focus is not on:
-
strategies
-
performance frameworks
-
motivational interventions
But on:
-
what is being carried collectively but not named
-
how unspoken dynamics shape decisions and behavior
-
where clarity is needed before action can make sense
My role is to help groups see what is already influencing them,
so that change does not have to be forced.
Formats can include:
-
facilitated group conversations
-
leadership or stakeholder interviews
-
clarity sessions during transition or conflict
-
talks that orient people toward reality rather than vision
Time and scope depend on the context.
We start with a conversation.
And last
This is not for everyone — and it’s not meant to be.
Presence & Decision — for people who already “have it all”
This is for a smaller group of people — often capable, responsible, and economically stable.
People who:
-
function well
-
may be successful
-
yet experience emptiness, inner splitting, or a quiet sense of fear
I don’t help them become better.
I help them stop fighting themselves —
so that decisions can come from clarity rather than pressure.
This is not about improving life.
It’s about meeting it honestly.
This is where my depth truly carries.
